Fred Severance will portray Warren C Dockum 1844 - 1921 Civil War Congressional Medal of Honor Recipient . Ava Constance Smith will portray her great great grandmother Ava Barnett Gentleman 1898 -1991 Early Waconda Springs historian. Admission Free Donations Welcomed.
